Launching a Business in Just 4 Weeks

Latitude Lux

Industry: High End Travel Concierge

The Problem

Two former hospitality professionals wanted to launch a boutique travel concierge service focused on high-net-worth clients — but they were stuck in “planning mode” for 6+ months.

They had:

  • A loose business concept

  • Zero branding, website, or packages

  • No systems for intake, onboarding, or payment

  • Paralysis from overthinking everything

They told us: “We have the vision — we just don’t know where to start or how to package this in a way people trust.”

Our Approach

We didn’t start with design. We started with structure:

  • What’s the actual offer?

  • Who is it for — and who is it not for?

  • What are the critical elements that need to exist before Day 1?

Then we reverse-engineered a 4-week launch timeline focused on:

  • Simplicity over perfection

  • Visual polish to match luxury expectations

  • Systems that wouldn’t break when business picked up

The Solution

We broke it into 4 weekly sprints:

Week 1: Clarity

  • Defined 3 core services: full itinerary design, concierge trip planning, and premium travel consultation

  • Built customer avatars and aligned messaging to match the psychology of affluent buyers

  • Named the business: Latitude Lux — premium, global, confident

Week 2: Brand & Web Presence

  • Designed a full visual identity: logo, font system, luxury color palette (deep navy + gold accents)

  • Built a clean, modern 1-page Squarespace website with:

    • Service breakdowns

    • Testimonials (placeholder until live)

    • Lead capture form

  • Wrote all copy in their brand voice using AI to speed first drafts

Week 3: Systems & Tools

  • Set up a Tally-based client intake form (embedded on the site)

  • Built a Notion-based CRM with linked tasks, itineraries, and calendar view

  • Created proposal + contract templates in Canva and Google Docs

  • Set up Stripe for invoice + payment collection with branded receipts

Week 4: Marketing & Launch

  • Generated 15 pieces of launch content using AI + past travel photos

  • Created a VIP launch email sequence for their personal networks

  • Set up social profiles (Instagram + LinkedIn) with a consistent visual template

  • Launched with a "Founding Clients" offer for the first 5 bookings

Presenting the Opportunity

Before launch, we showed them how even 5 concierge clients at $2,000 each would cover 3 months of runway.

We built a live dashboard in Google Sheets to project monthly revenue and track pipeline value. It wasn’t just a launch — it was a launch with visibility.

Implementation

  • We worked in weekly sprints with clear deliverables every Friday

  • Used Google Drive, Notion, and Zoom — no paid PM tools needed

  • Our job was speed without stress — they were never in the weeds, but always informed

We didn’t just check boxes. We made sure every asset was client-ready and branded beautifully.

The Result

  • Launched publicly in just 28 days

  • Booked 4 paying clients in the first 2 weeks post-launch

  • Built a replicable sales and service system they could grow with

  • One client said, “You seem like you’ve been in business for years.”

Why It Worked

  • We removed decision fatigue and gave them momentum

  • AI helped us move fast without compromising polish

  • Every asset, from logo to intake form, reinforced trust and premium positioning
